Seneca Niagara Falls Casino
The Seneca Niagara Falls casino project is located in what was formerly known as the Niagara Falls Convention Center. The initial phase of a multi-phase development project took place on over 50 acres of contiguous land. The casino is 82,000 square feet and contains 2,595 slot machines and 91 table games. Supporting the casino is a 400 seat buffet-style restaurant and a 150 person sports pub.
Additionally, the property has two bars including a large circular bar offering live entertainment on the casino floor. Phase two will include the main casino hall as well as a 700 room hotel complex.
Shortly after the December 31,2002 opening, a 350 seat showroom was added as an additional entertainment element. Future plans included the construction of a Steakhouse restaurant, a non-smoking casino area and high-limit table games & slot areas. The property has approximately 2,400 surface parking spaces on-site and is serviced by two public garages of approximately 2,700 spaces which are internally linked to the casino building.
Native Sons, in partnership with local Seneca contractor White Electric, performed the electrical, security, surveillance, telecommunication and life-safety installations. The work included the installation of the new main substation, distribution to the various new buildings and facilities, telecommunications and data for office and gaming, state-of-the-art security/surveillance including over 150 cameras and digital video recording, themed lighting, underfloor raceways and the music/sound/paging system.
